How it works
Every piece is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. That means nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you — it’s printed once you order, which keeps quality high and waste low. It also means shipping happens in two stages:
- Production: time to print and prepare your order.
- Transit: Varies by destination — you’ll see an estimated delivery window at checkout based on your specific address.
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the printer.
Multiple items
If your order includes different product types, they may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. You’ll get tracking for each shipment.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, your country may apply customs fees or import duties on arrival. These aren’t something we control or collect — they’re assessed by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.
